Apply Online for ECHS Card
ECHS Card is a valuable asset for Army Personnel. The Digitization has given this Card a New Name i,e, ECHS Smart Card. It is a 64KB Smart Card. All the details of the Army Personnel exist in this card itself. It Looks identical to an ATM. This card is mandatory when the army personnel (or his Family Members) visit ECHS center for any Sort of Treatment. Note – Only Army Personnel can Apply for ECHS smart Card. It is Highly recommended that While Filling the Online form, You enter all details correctly. Eligibility Criteria :
Details of Eligible Ex-Servicemen
Applicant should be Ex-servicemen and should be drawing a pension from Controller of Defence Accounts including Indian Coast Guard Personnel
War Widows (Veer Naris) / NOK of Battle Casualties are Eligible
Personnel Disabled in Operations are Eligible
Recruits medically boarded out during training and in receipt of disability pension are eligible

Unemployed Son up to 25 years of Age (Self-declaration Certificate and Affidavit Required)
Minor Brother up to Age of Becoming Major (18 years) is Eligible
Unemployed/Unmarried Daughter/ Sister Including Widow Eligible
Physically/ Mentally handicapped Child/Brother/ Sister for Life Eligible
Wholly Dependent Parents whose combined Monthly income from all sources is less than Rs. 9000 are Eligible
